Cymo combines multilingual video conferencing with remote simultaneous interpretation for event teams, interpreters, educators, and organizations running meetings across languages. Hosts can run meetings on Cymo or use its virtual interpretation booth alongside other conferencing platforms. Attendees access language channels through a browser and can switch channels during a meeting. Web, Windows, and macOS access, plus cloud and desktop deployment, give teams more than one way to work with the service.

The feature set is particularly relevant to interpreter-led events and training. Cymo supports language relay and interpreter handover, audience channel switching, private booth notes, real-time messaging, screen and media sharing, file sharing, and live streaming. Its interpretation-training classrooms add performance monitoring and recording. Listed integrations include Zoom, Webex, GoToMeeting, Skype, Tencent Meeting, and DingTalk, which may suit teams already organizing meetings through those platforms. Cymo is a stronger fit for multilingual sessions with active interpretation workflows than for buyers seeking general event production tools; the listed capabilities do not establish support for hybrid events.

Pricing spans a free tier with 30 minutes included and pay-as-you-go rates of $0.90 per participant per hour for audio only, $2 for HD video, and $5 for UHD video. The vendor's pricing page says these rates are effective March 31, 2021, so they may have changed. It also calls the free option a trial, leaving the ongoing duration unclear. Enterprise and University plans require contacting sales. AES-256 channel encryption and optional password protection are listed, along with two-factor authentication compliance and email support. Consider Cymo if per-session interpretation and training tools match your needs; teams that depend on verified hybrid-event support or current predictable pricing should compare alternatives before choosing.
