CV Engineer is a resume-building application for students, graduates, career changers, professionals, and other job seekers. It combines recruiter-designed templates, ATS-friendly formatting, AI-assisted rewriting, resume scanning, section advice, examples, custom sections, PDF export, and resume hosting with shareable links. The product is available across iOS, Android, and macOS, making it suited to people who want to work on a resume from both mobile and desktop devices.
The pricing structure starts with a Free plan covering resume creation, resume templates, and PDF resume export. The Pro plan is listed at $6.99 per month, billed monthly, and adds additional Pro features. A CV Engineer Pro - Lifetime plan provides lifetime access. Pricing can vary by storefront and region, with current prices shown through app stores. Google Drive integration supports a connection with that storage ecosystem, while PDF and Word imports help users bring existing resumes into the application.
Its strongest focus is guided resume improvement rather than simple document editing. Resume Scan checks for common mistakes and ATS compatibility, while recruiter-written examples and advice support section-level decisions. The AI resume writing assistant adds rewriting help, and users can share resumes through hosted links as well as export them to PDF. CV Engineer should suit job seekers who want structured guidance, ATS-oriented formatting, and access across iOS, Android, and macOS. People who only need basic resume creation may find the Free plan sufficient; those seeking additional Pro features need a paid option.
