CusRev is an open-source WordPress plugin for WooCommerce stores that collects, manages, and displays product and store reviews. It supports automated and manual email invitations, manual WhatsApp invitations through click-to-chat, aggregated and onsite review forms, and photo and video reviews. Store teams can moderate, filter, sort, tag, and manage voting on reviews, then display them through widgets or Gutenberg blocks in list, grid, and slider formats. Coupons, Q&A, trust badges, and CSV import and export extend its product-page toolkit.
The published plans show a free Basic version with review reminders, unlimited review invitations, product and store reviews, Google Shopping integration, and review import and export. Imported reviews appear in WooCommerce, but are not published as verified copies on CusRev.com. Choose CusRev when self-hosting, WooCommerce compatibility, media reviews, and focused review tooling matter most.
