Curator Live is a photo and video capture platform for photo booth operators, venues, attractions, events, and photographers. It combines photo booth, 360 booth, and DSLR capture with branded event experiences, media delivery, galleries, sharing, printing, and event management. Teams can create photos, GIFs, boomerangs, videos, and 360 content, then offer QR code, SMS, email, AirDrop, and social sharing. The product supports web, Windows, macOS, and iOS, including iPhone and iPad workflows.
The free plan gives teams a starting point for event building and testing, while a 14-day free trial is also available. The published plan structure includes Standard, Event Pro, and Agency Pro options. Standard highlights one capture device license, capture modes, data capture, galleries, and printing. Event Pro adds one sharing station license, one slideshow app license, AI photo rendering, and 360 CustomFX. Agency Pro includes those station and slideshow licenses plus Photography mode. Activated events or subscriptions are paid, and feature availability varies by plan.
Curator Live stands out for the breadth of its event toolkit. Offline capture with queued uploads helps when connectivity is limited, while printing supports AirPrint, USB, wired, wireless, and web methods. Custom overlays, layouts, screens, background removal, guest contact capture, surveys, live galleries, and slideshows support branded activations. Integrations include Dropbox, Google Cloud Storage, AWS S3, Twilio, Picture Mosaics, BoothMotion, OrcaVue, Mobibooth, and Lume Cube. It suits teams that want one platform spanning capture, engagement, delivery, and printing. Teams needing a simpler single-purpose booth app or a clear paid-plan comparison may prefer a narrower alternative.
