Crowdpurr is a browser-based audience response platform for event organizers, educators, businesses, and other hosts. It supports live polling, Q&A, trivia, quiz experiences, bingo, presentation views, anonymous voting, lead capture, and response exports. Participants can join from phones, tablets, laptops, or desktop browsers using QR codes, URLs, or experience codes, without downloading a native app. That makes it suitable for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events where hosts need interactive participation and branded data collection.
Pricing scales by audience size and operating capacity. The always-free Basic plan supports 20 participants, 15 questions, three simultaneous experiences, and limited AI trivia and bingo generation. Classroom costs $49.99 per month for 100 participants, 100 questions, 10 simultaneous experiences, two team members, and spreadsheet import and export. Seminar is $149.99 per month for 500 participants, 25 simultaneous experiences, five team members, custom lead-capture fields, and anonymous participant names. Conference costs $249.99 per month and raises capacity to 1,000 participants, 50 simultaneous experiences, and 10 team members, while adding OBS streaming integration and a custom domain URL. Convention and Stadium extend capacity to 5,000 and 15,000 participants, respectively, with pricing of $499.99 and $999.99 per month.
Its strongest fit is a branded engagement program that combines interaction with measurable follow-up. Hosts can create multiple-choice, text, numerical, ranking, and image-based polls; run scored quizzes with live rankings; and export results to CSV, Excel, or Google Sheets. Integrations include Excel, Google Sheets, Zoom, Webex, YouTube Live, Twitch, OBS, X, and Instagram. Higher tiers add streaming, recording, team capacity, and branding controls. Choose Crowdpurr when browser access, trivia, lead capture, and scalable live participation matter. It is less suitable for teams that require direct PowerPoint or Keynote insertion without a third-party plugin, or for small events that need more than the Basic plan’s limits without a paid subscription.
