Crosslist review
A focused cross-listing tool for resellers who sell across marketplaces.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
Crosslist helps online resellers create listings, publish them across marketplaces, and manage inventory from one dashboard. Its workflow is aimed at solo sellers and small operations that want to cross-list products without updating each marketplace separately. Sellers can import existing marketplace listings, link duplicates, create a listing once, and use automatic sales detection to update centralized sales records. The focus is marketplace listing coordination rather than broader ecommerce operations, so it suits resellers more than businesses looking for warehouse or purchasing tools.
The marketplace reach is a central strength: Crosslist supports 11+ marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, Whatnot, Depop, Poshmark, Mercari, Grailed, Facebook Marketplace, and Vinted. It also provides background autoposting to selected marketplaces, marketplace-specific prices and shipping profiles, listing templates, tags, filters, and bulk edits. After detected sales, sellers can autodelist products or reduce quantities to help limit overselling. Web, iOS, Android, and Chrome extension access give sellers several ways to work with listings. This combination makes Crosslist relevant when a reseller’s main operational friction is keeping product listings aligned across sales channels.
According to the published plans, monthly pricing starts at $29.99 for Bronze, which includes 200 new inventory listings per month and 9 images per listing. Silver costs $34.99 for 500 new listings and the same image allowance. Gold is $39.99 and adds 1,000 new listings, 15 images per listing, CSV import and export, autodelisting, and sales analytics. Diamond costs $44.99 and offers unlimited new listings, 24 images per listing, CSV tools, autodelisting, and analytics. All tiers are paid; a 3-day trial is available, limited to 20 listings if that comes first. Crosslist is a fit for sellers who value cross-listing and quantity updates, but those needing deeper warehouse or purchasing workflows should consider a broader ecommerce operations product.
