CrispForms is a web-based form builder for solo consultants and teams creating surveys, lead capture forms, quizzes, or calculators. Its editor supports both conversational, one-question-at-a-time forms and conventional single-page forms. Conditional branching with nested conditions and jumps, plus scoring and calculations, gives it more scope than a basic data-collection form. The service is positioned for agencies, clinics, studios, and other small or mid-market teams that want configurable forms without moving beyond a web-based product.

The free plan includes unlimited forms and questions, logic, scoring and calculators, all 30+ themes, and every integration, but caps responses at 1,000 a month and adds a CrispForms badge. Pro costs $20 per workspace per month, or $200 per workspace per year. Both paid options remove branding and add a custom domain, form payments, email automations, enhanced analytics and drop-off metrics, and AI response summaries. Pro lists unlimited responses subject to the Fair Use Policy. That makes the free tier a useful starting point, while teams with higher response volumes or a need for branded forms will need to budget for Pro.

CrispForms connects payments through linked Stripe or PayPal accounts, and its six named integrations are webhooks, Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack, Discord, and Mailchimp. Forms can be embedded inline, in popups, or as chat bubbles; responses can be exported as CSV or PDF. Analytics include completion and drop-off metrics, and an MCP server lets AI clients build forms and read results. The combination suits teams that value adaptable form flows and built-in scoring, calculations, or payments. It is less compelling for buyers whose priority is a broader named integration ecosystem or whose response needs exceed the free cap without a paid plan. Support is offered through email and documentation.
