CozyCal is a web-based appointment scheduling platform for service businesses, teams, and organizations managing appointments, group events, rooms, equipment, or other resources. It provides published booking pages and a website booking widget, with two-way synchronization for Google Calendar and Microsoft Office 365. Team and resource booking, round-robin assignment, multi-host scheduling, group events, intake forms, package booking, client records, and booking analytics give it a broad feature set for small teams with varied scheduling needs. Automated email notifications and reminders, Stripe payment collection, and integrations with tools including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, Google Analytics, and Clio Manage extend the core booking workflow.

CozyCal has two paid plans, both priced per seat and billed annually. Pro costs $15 per seat per month and includes core scheduling features, unlimited event types and booking pages, team and resource booking, round-robin and multi-host scheduling, automated email notifications, and Stripe, calendar, video, and workflow integrations. Plaid costs $25 per seat per month when billed annually and includes all Pro features, plus a custom booking-page domain, white-label email notifications, and removal of CozyCal branding. Plaid is also listed at $30 per seat per month when billed monthly. There is no ongoing free plan, and the product offers a 10-day trial.

CozyCal is less suitable for organizations that require a free scheduling tier, a desktop or mobile application, or broader platform availability beyond the web. Branding controls such as a custom booking-page domain, white-label notifications, and removal of CozyCal branding are reserved for the higher-priced Plaid plan. Teams that need those options must budget $25 per seat per month with annual billing. Organizations seeking a different pricing structure, non-web access, or another approach to branding should compare alternatives before choosing CozyCal. For small teams focused on booking pages, synchronized calendars, shared resources, and group scheduling, its plan structure keeps the core workflow concentrated in Pro.
