Courseplay is an AI-powered learning and employee-growth platform for organizations, with particular support for structured programs and frontline workforces. Its LMS covers video, quizzes, SCORM modules, interactive slideshows, documents, certificates, badges, leaderboards and rewards. Learners can access courses through web, Android and iOS apps, while administrators can manage assignments, reminders, role-based paths, milestone workflows, dashboards and reports. It is a strong fit for small teams seeking a broad LMS foundation, as well as organizations that need learning alongside performance and coaching capabilities.
The plan structure expands from core learning to wider employee-development tools. Lite includes all course features, 12 learning modules, announcements, skill management, ready-made reports and automatic reminders. Gold adds gamification, custom reports, automated workflows, custom branded apps and the Courseplay API. Pro adds individual development plans, coaching, mentorship, a knowledge base and action lists. Max adds an advanced authoring tool license, seven additional languages, 500GB of additional content storage and the Go1 content library. Enterprise supports customized feature selection, support and content integration. A 14-day free trial is available, while the product itself is paid rather than free.
Courseplay’s ecosystem covers HRMS, Google Drive, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoTo Meeting, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Amazon QuickSight, SCORM, xAPI and SAML SSO. SAML 2.0 single sign-on, a public API, custom domains, white-label branding and native mobile apps make it suitable for organizations connecting learning with existing identity, collaboration and HR systems. The AI learning assistant answers questions from organizational knowledge sources. Teams needing only basic course delivery may find the broader performance, coaching and workflow layers unnecessary; teams that want those capabilities, mobile access and branded learning paths should consider Courseplay.
