CourseAgent turns source material into editable courses with audits, translation and SCORM export.

CourseAgent is a cloud-based, web course-authoring platform for learning and development teams, training consultancies, instructional designers and subject-matter experts. It generates editable courses from briefs, documents, URLs or YouTube videos, including learning objectives, quizzes, scenarios and assessments. Authors can refine content, publish to a tracked URL or branded Academy portal, and export SCORM packages for use with compatible learning management systems.
The workflow is designed around converting source material into structured learning content: CourseAgent offers 50+ section types and 100+ visual variants, then runs a six-layer course quality audit. Content can be translated into 24 languages, and the platform supports learner reviews and sign-off, audit-trail export on Professional, and live publication updates across active deployments. SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 exports support LMS distribution; there is also an optional Academy LMS add-on. This breadth suits teams that want generation, review and publishing in one authoring workflow. It is less suited to teams requiring branching scenarios or screen recording.
The Free plan includes one author account, tracked publishing with analytics, SCORM export, quality audits, audio narration, and reviews and sign-off. Professional is £55 per month and adds Dynamic SCORM and audit-trail export; the Academy LMS add-on is available. Scale is £249 per month and adds content distribution, a 60-minute onboarding call and priority email support. Organisation costs £6,000 per year and includes full platform access, Build from Document, Sell Your Courses and SCORM export. Elite is £9,000 per year, adding an annual instructional design workshop, a dedicated account contact, quarterly check-ins and priority support. The product is a strong fit for rapid course production and structured review; teams focused on branching or screen-recorded instruction should look elsewhere.
