CookiePilot review
A lightweight consent platform with daily scanning, exports and advanced Consent Mode.

CookiePilot is a European consent management platform for websites, online stores, SaaS businesses and organizations managing cookie consent. Its core workflow combines daily scanning of cookies, localStorage entries and third-party trackers with automatic integration detection, a visual banner builder and consent records. Domain verification, subdomain support and multilingual sites make it suitable for lightweight web properties that need ongoing monitoring without a heavy implementation footprint. The asynchronous script is under 15 KB gzipped, and the platform is available through the web and API.
Pricing is structured by domain. Starter is free for 1 domain and 10,000 page views per month, with consent records and panel exports. Pro costs €7 per domain per month and adds unlimited page views, CSV, JSON and HTML exports, plus email and chat support. Business costs €25 per domain per month, covers 5 domains and adds priority support and API access. All plans use monthly pricing, while annual billing has a 20% discount. Google Consent Mode v2 supports advanced mode, and the analytics dashboard breaks consent activity down by category, device, domain and location.
CookiePilot fits teams that want daily visibility, exportable audit records and a configurable consent banner across common website and marketing stacks. Listed integrations include Google Tag Manager, WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar and Klaviyo. Implementation still requires care: the installation guidance states that CookiePilot does not silently block scripts it does not control, so those trackers must be explicitly gated through the website, CMS or tag manager. Choose it for a focused, lightweight consent workflow; consider another platform if broader compliance integrations or more extensive implementation control are priorities.
