Convo360 is an India-focused chatbot and AI voice platform for small teams, mid-market companies and enterprises. It provides a no-code visual flow builder, configurable AI agent personas, model selection and knowledge bases built from documents, FAQs or website content. Teams can deploy conversations through WhatsApp Business, website chat, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, SMS and email, with human handoff and a shared team inbox for assisted support.
Pricing is structured around a 14-day trial with all features unlocked, followed by paid monthly plans. The Starter plan costs ₹999 per month and includes WhatsApp and web chat, flows, a knowledge base, CRM and forms. Pro costs ₹2,999 per month and adds AI voice calls plus all integrations and connectors. Business costs ₹7,999 per month and adds the REST API, appointments, unlimited workspaces and unlimited team seats. Prices exclude 18% GST. The published plans also use a bring-your-own-keys model, so AI, WhatsApp/Meta and telephony usage is billed directly by those providers rather than through Convo360.
