Contractbook is cloud-based contract lifecycle management software for businesses that need to create, negotiate, approve, sign, store, and track agreements. It supports client, vendor, employment, procurement, SaaS, and other business contracts. Teams can work from reusable templates, collaborate through comments and suggested changes, route documents through approval workflows, collect electronic signatures, and manage deadlines, renewals, and obligations in a searchable repository.
The plan structure covers several levels of contract volume and workflow depth. The Free plan provides limited access after the 14-day trial expires. Essential includes one user, up to 100 signed contracts per year, five templates, unlimited e-signatures, and an AI contract assistant. Centralize adds five users, AI-powered uploads and data extraction, 15 templates, up to 350 signed contracts per year, CSV export, and .docx download. Accelerate includes 10 users, automations, provisioning and group permissions, dynamic templates, conditional logic, and up to 500 signed contracts per year. Custom adds tailored setup, technical custom flows and integrations, initial setup consultancy, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Paid pricing uses a contact-sales model.
Contractbook’s ecosystem fit is a notable part of its offering. It connects with HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Salary, Pipedrive, Zapier, Humaans, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Zendesk, Airtable, Gmail, Google Drive, Asana, and Notion, while API and webhook connectivity supports custom connections. Role-based permissions, access controls, version history, and audit trails add structure for teams managing shared contract processes. It is a strong fit for organizations seeking a wide set of CLM functions from one web-based system, especially where a free starting tier matters. Teams needing fully disclosed paid pricing or a narrower, simpler contract tool may prefer an alternative.
