Composity review
A CRM-led business platform with order workflows, not a full storefront solution.

Composity is a cloud-based business platform for small and medium-sized businesses that need CRM, ERP, POS, business intelligence, eCommerce, and helpdesk modules in one system. Its strongest fit is for organizations managing accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, sales pipelines, marketing automation, quotes, orders, invoices, and payments. It can support industries including wholesale, services, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and hospitality, but its ecommerce role is centered on business administration and order workflows rather than running a complete online store.
The plan structure adds capabilities progressively. Lite includes CRM, Sales, Expense, CashFlow, and Inventory. Growth includes all Lite modules plus Projects, Production, and Accounting, and is priced at €100 per plan billed annually. Professional includes all Growth modules plus Workspace Lab, Custom Reports, and Custom Data Hosting, at €300 per plan billed annually. A 14-day free trial is available. The higher tiers therefore suit businesses that need broader operational management, accounting, reporting, or hosting customization, while Lite is the more focused entry point for core CRM and financial workflows.
Composity connects with Gmail, PayPal, and Stripe and is available through the web and an API. Its feature set also includes calendars, events, notifications, tasks, reporting, business intelligence, role-based permissions, and customizable workspaces. For ecommerce buyers, the key limitation is scope: the product does not provide the storefront, catalog, inventory, checkout, and shipping capabilities expected from a dedicated commerce platform. Choose Composity when CRM and business operations lead the requirement; choose a storefront-focused platform when online merchandising and fulfillment are central.
