Compono Hire review
A hiring platform with strong scheduling and matching, but a narrow integration set.

Compono Hire combines applicant tracking, recruitment pipelines, candidate matching and interview scheduling for internal hiring teams and recruitment agencies. Its workflow covers job posting to multiple job boards, application tracking, ranked shortlists, talent-pool search and candidate messaging. Hiring teams can let candidates choose interview times from interviewer availability, add multiple interviewers for panel interviews and include meeting links. The product is particularly suited to Australian teams that recruit through SEEK and want scheduling within a broader hiring workflow.
The published plans are paid and organized by organisation size, with Hire tiers covering under 100, 100 to 200, 200 to 300, 300 to 400, and 400 to 500 employees. Each tier lists an applicant tracking system and one-product pricing band. There is no free plan. The pricing structure is therefore oriented around company size rather than separate feature packages, while the Hire-only price is not presented as a standalone figure. Teams evaluating the product should compare the organisation-size band with their broader recruitment requirements.
Scheduling is one of Compono Hire’s clearest strengths. Candidate self-scheduling, interviewer availability, panel interviews and two-way calendar synchronization support coordination across hiring teams. Google Calendar connects through Cronofy, while SEEK and LinkedIn support job-board and candidate-acquisition workflows. The platform also adds ranked matching, behavioural assessments, culture and job-fit scoring, AI-generated CV summaries, talent-pool search and reusable message templates. It is a strong fit for teams that want matching and scheduling alongside an ATS. Teams seeking a wider integration ecosystem, a standalone scheduling tool or a more narrowly focused calendar product should consider alternatives.
