CompanyMood is a cloud-based employee feedback platform for measuring workplace sentiment, employee satisfaction and relevant topics. It combines mood ratings, custom and pre-built surveys, anonymous or pseudonymized feedback, reporting, communication tools and action management. Employees can respond through the web, iOS and Android apps, or through integrations with Slack, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams. It is suited to small and midsize teams that want a low-cost starting point, as well as larger organizations that need more structured reporting and administration.
Pricing is organized across three plans. Teams costs €0 and includes a mood barometer, suggestion box, mobile apps, PDF reports and a dashboard. Business costs €3 per user per month when billed monthly and adds topics, a survey system, statements and event pins, manager roles and reporting by unit. Enterprise costs €5 per user per month when billed monthly and adds individual GDPR contracts, premium support, advanced filters, additional security options, API access and usage, and HRIS sync. Annual licence terms are available, while the listed paid prices are monthly per-user amounts. The plan structure makes the free tier useful for basic feedback, but teams needing recurring surveys, broader reporting or administrative controls move quickly into paid plans.
CompanyMood’s strongest fit is a feedback program that connects measurement with follow-through. Recurring mood and topic barometers, scheduled surveys, real-time analysis, PDF, XLS and CSV exports, and change-tracked Kanban workflows cover the cycle from collecting responses to managing actions. The platform also supports Slack, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Personio, Azure Active Directory and API connectivity. Smaller teams should consider Teams if mobile feedback and simple reporting are enough. Organizations needing survey depth, reporting by unit or HRIS connectivity should choose Business or Enterprise, while buyers seeking only a basic survey form may find the wider workflow feature set unnecessary.
