CogniFit review
Assessment-led brain training with adaptive exercises and progress reports.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
CogniFit combines cognitive assessments with interactive brain-training programs for individuals, families and professionals. Training starts with a baseline assessment, then selects exercises and adjusts difficulty according to performance. Its stated areas include memory, attention, perception, coordination and reasoning, making it suited to people seeking a broad training program as well as clinicians, educators and researchers who need professional tools. The platform is available on web, Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
The subscription tiers differ mainly in program and game access. According to the vendor's pricing page, Basic costs $19.99 per month or $119.99 per year and includes one training program, all cognitive assessments and more than 20 games. Premium costs $29.99 monthly or $169.99 annually, with all training programs and more than 60 games; both tiers include a cognitive profile and ranking plus evaluation in each session. A Premium option is also listed at $249.99 per three years. CogniFit says initial testing and some games are free, but it does not offer a free subscription plan or free trial.
Progress tracking is a central part of the offering: CogniFit provides cognitive scores, graphs and reports covering results, effort, progress and evolution. Professional platforms extend the product to monitoring patients, students and research participants, which gives it a wider role than a consumer-only brain-training app. The product also lists SOC 2, GDPR and HIPAA compliance, with email and documentation as support channels. Choose CogniFit if you want assessment-led training across multiple skills or professional monitoring tools. It is a less suitable fit if you need a free trial, offline access or multiple programs within the entry-level plan.
