CodeMyShop combines a product catalogue, storefront, shopping cart and administration hub in an open-source ecommerce platform built on Nuxt, TypeScript and PostgreSQL. It is aimed at developers and agencies that want self-hosting or multi-brand administration, as well as businesses with an existing catalogue and meaningful sales to protect. Its Community plan provides the full AGPL-3.0 code for self-hosted installation, while deployment options also include vendor-managed infrastructure.

The Community plan is free; the published plans show Pro at €400 per month, billed monthly. Pro adds managed infrastructure, an 8 GB dedicated VPS, AI, data and SEO packs, and email support within 24 business hours. Custom includes a dedicated VPS, contractual SLA, custom development and production AI content generation. That makes Pro a substantial step up from the free self-hosted option, so the managed tier is a better fit for teams that value vendor-provided infrastructure and bundled support than for stores seeking a low-cost hosted plan. Transaction fees vary.

Its strongest functional case is the combination of multi-brand management from one back office with a REST API, structured product data including JSON-LD, AI-assisted SEO content and enriched product descriptions, and self-hosted Matomo analytics. PostgreSQL, Redis, Matomo and Google Search Console are listed integrations. Those tools suit technically capable teams that want control over deployment and store data workflows. The trade-off is maturity: the public preview is described as Alpha, and a 2026 founding gives limited evidence of an established track record. Choose CodeMyShop if self-hosting and multi-brand control matter more than a mature platform; consider alternatives if you need a proven production history or a lower-priced managed entry tier.
