CloudVOTE is a browser-based audience-response and electronic-voting platform for conferences, meetings, corporate training, education, and organizational voting. Presenters can upload PowerPoint files, recognize question slides, configure polling rules, and invite participants with a join code. Responses can come from phones, tablets, laptops, computers, or RF audience-response keypads. Anonymous and individually identifiable voting support makes it suitable for both interactive sessions and formal voting workflows.
Its strongest distinction is the combination of live polling with offline synchronization. The desktop application supports offline presentation and response collection, while the platform also provides moderated participant texting, quiz-style questions with correct answers, points and weights, and reports with graphs, tables, and export to Word, Excel, or CSV. These capabilities fit organizations that need more control than basic web polling, particularly when sessions involve unreliable connectivity, classroom assessment, or structured audience voting.
The paid subscription costs $75 per month and includes a custom access key, private storage for presentation content, and reusable templates and polls. A custom-quote option bases pricing on participants and simultaneous presenters and adds phone, email, and chat support plus instructor-led training. CloudVOTE supports web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, with integrations including SuccessFactors, Blackboard, Cornerstone, Bridge, LearnUpon, WebEx, GoToMeeting, UberConference, and JoinMe. Its listed compliance coverage includes SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. Choose it for enterprise training, education, conferences, or voting programs that need offline support, keypads, reporting, and LMS connectivity; simpler teams seeking a lower-cost polling tool may prefer a more focused option.
