Cloud One Business Communication Suite brings business calling, internal collaboration, customer communications, and contact-center functions into one platform. It is designed for organizations in Kenya and East Africa, with fit across small, mid-market, and enterprise teams. The suite supports SIP-based calling, multiple business numbers, custom call routing, voicemail, voicemail-to-email, call logs, video meetings, and clients for web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and Chrome. It is available as a Cloud One-hosted service, self-hosted software, on-premises deployment, or appliance-based system.
The product’s breadth is its clearest strength. Call-center teams get queues, recording, callbacks, wallboards, and reporting, while administrators can create visual call flows with routing rules. An omnichannel inbox brings together SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, and live chat. CRM and helpdesk connections include Microsoft Teams, Odoo, Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Bitrix24, and HubSpot. APIs plus WebRTC and SDK capabilities support custom applications and workflows. Two-factor authentication and encrypted calling add security controls, and AI features are included in the product offering.
Pricing is handled through contact sales, which suits organizations comparing deployment models and editions rather than buyers seeking a self-serve subscription. That process may require a more involved purchasing conversation, especially when evaluating users, deployment choices, and included capabilities. Support is provided through email and tickets. Cloud One is a strong fit for teams that need omnichannel communications, call-center functions, integration options, or control over hosting. Teams wanting a narrowly focused, straightforward PBX with an easily comparable public price may prefer a more specialized alternative.
