Cloud Campaign is a web and API-based social media management platform designed primarily for marketing agencies, freelancers, brands, and multi-location organizations. It brings together multi-network publishing, drag-and-drop content calendars, bulk scheduling, evergreen content recycling, client approvals, unified social messaging, analytics, branded reporting, AI-assisted captions and images, and white-label client portals. Supported networks include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and Threads. All plans include unlimited users, making the product a fit for teams that need to involve clients, collaborators, or account managers without adding user-seat costs.
Pricing is organized around brand workspaces. The Freelancer plan costs $49 per month when billed monthly, or $41 per month when billed annually, and includes 1+ brand workspaces, seven social accounts per client, AI efficiency tools, and chat support. Team costs $199 monthly or $165 monthly with annual billing, adding five or more brand workspaces, unlimited social accounts, standard white-labeling, and phone support. Agency costs $299 monthly or $249 monthly annually, adding advanced white-labeling, paid social reporting, client migration, and, on the annual plan, API workflows and Single Sign On. A 14-day free trial is available, and CloudStudio is an optional $99 per workspace per month add-on with strategy briefs, content calendars, AI-assisted posts and captions, and automatic scheduling.
The strongest case for Cloud Campaign is its agency workflow: approvals, client-facing pages, branded reports, content organization, social inbox management, and unlimited users are combined in one platform. Canva, Zapier, Google Drive, and RSS Feeds extend its ecosystem, while the API supports additional workflows on the annual Agency plan. The trade-off is focus: the product supports eight named publishing networks, and analytics are positioned at a standard level. Agencies that prioritize white-label operations and client collaboration should consider Cloud Campaign; teams needing a free plan or broader network coverage may prefer another tool.
