Clinked is a white-label client portal for professional services and other client-facing organizations. It gives teams branded workspaces for secure file sharing, document management, task tracking, project activity, file requests, approvals, and communication. Its feature set suits accounting, finance, legal, healthcare, insurance, investment, and M&A teams that need more than a file repository. Clients and internal teams can access the platform through web, iOS, and Android apps, while organizations can connect through the REST API.

Pricing is organized around monthly plans. Start Up costs $11 per user per month and includes 200 GB of storage, up to 25 users shown on the pricing page, and all Standard Features. Standard costs $239 per month and includes 100 members, 1 TB of storage, tasks, a shared calendar, discussions, a custom domain URL, an audit trail, and full-text search. Premium costs $599 per month and includes 250 members, 3 TB of storage, custom domain file upload, a Kanban board for tasks, enforced 2FA, and role-based permissions. Enterprise includes 1,000+ members, 5 TB+ of storage, a white-label mobile app, Active Directory and single sign-on, plus optional response and uptime SLAs.

Clinked’s main distinction is its collaboration layer around the data room. Native and Zapier integrations include Acrobat Sign, DocuSign, Proposify, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft OneDrive, Jotform, Typeform, Voiceflow, Power BI, and Zoom. The REST API covers users, groups, files, tasks, events, and discussions. Choose Clinked when client communication, approvals, tasks, branding, and file exchange belong in one workspace. Organizations seeking a free starting plan or a narrowly focused file-sharing product may prefer a simpler alternative.
