Classter is a cloud-based student information and learning management platform for K–12 schools, academies, colleges, universities, training centers, and other education providers. It brings together centralized student records, admissions, enrollment, academics, attendance, grading, billing, communications, portals, transportation, and reporting. Role-specific portals serve students, parents, educators, administrators, and alumni, while web, iOS, Android, and API access support different ways of working. Schools focused on admissions and tuition workflows are the clearest fit.
Admissions is a standout area. The product covers applications, document collection, eligibility rules, offers, contracts, and online enrollment, giving institutions a connected process from prospective student to enrolled learner. Its records can include academic history, attendance, marks, and consents. Attendance includes check-in and check-out tools, while the gradebook supports grading, assessments, and degree-audit functionality. Parents can access academic calendars, teacher meetings, and tuition payments through the parent portal. Billing adds invoices, tuition management, installment plans, and online payments.
Classter also extends beyond core academic administration. Transportation management supports planning and monitoring student transportation, and mobile applications are available for students, parents, and teachers. Integrations include Office 365, Moodle, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and HubSpot, with an open API for connections to external tools. According to the vendor's pricing page, pricing is custom and prospects are asked to book a call; the published offering does not present a standard public plan. Choose Classter when one system needs to cover admissions, academics, family access, fees, and transport. Schools seeking a smaller, single-purpose tool may prefer a narrower product.
