CircleUp is a cloud platform for homeschool co-ops and community groups that need one place for member administration, classes, events, payments, communications, volunteers, documents, and websites. Administrators can manage family profiles, enrollment capacities, waitlists, RSVPs, attendance, invoices, dues, forms, roles, and reports. Families can register for classes, view schedules, make payments, and participate in announcements, group chat, and class chat. Its strongest fit is for organizations replacing spreadsheets, group chats, and separate payment tools with a shared system for recurring activities and member engagement.

Pricing scales from a Free plan at $0 per month, which includes event management, class registration, and a $0 fee for cash and check payments. Starter costs $23 per month or $276 per year and adds automated class signups and rosters, a family directory, shared calendar, public-facing group website, class grades, and report cards. Pro costs $60 per month or $720 per year, adding reduced online payment fees, multi-admin access, automated waitlists and drop-dates, and priority support for registration day. Enterprise costs $100 per month or $1,200 per year, with the lowest online payment fee and priority support. Enterprise Plus is $159 per month with annual billing and adds guided onboarding and roster migration help.

The breadth of administrative features is the main reason to choose CircleUp. It covers member records, event operations, registration, volunteer-hour tracking, shared documents, custom-domain websites, financial reporting, and permissions in web and iOS experiences. The trade-off is a narrower ecosystem: Stripe is the only listed integration, and Android access is not part of the current mobile coverage. Organizations with iOS users and class-centered workflows should find the feature mix practical; groups needing Android apps or broader integrations should consider another community platform.
