Chirply is a hosted CRM, phone and automation platform for agencies and small businesses. It combines contact management, call tracking, dynamic number insertion, call routing, recordings, transcription, follow-up workflows, landing pages, scheduling and payments in one workspace. Agencies can also provide client workspaces under their own branding, making it a fit for teams managing multiple businesses or marketing programs.

The published monthly plans begin with Spark at $7, covering unlimited contacts and companies, invoicing, Stripe checkout, pipelines, tasks, lists and activity timelines. Build costs $27 and adds three funnels, landing pages, booking pages with calendar sync and one custom domain. Launch at $47 adds unlimited calls, texts and emails through connected providers, a browser dialer with recording, one phone number, a sales bridge and IVR. Grow at $77 adds one AI phone agent, power dialing, call transcription, ten seats, five phone numbers and a REST API. Scale at $97 adds call tracking, dynamic number insertion, unlimited AI phone agents, outbound AI calls, bulk campaigns and unlimited seats, numbers, bridges, IVRs and funnels. A 14-day free trial is available.

Call-tracking campaigns can attribute inbound calls to sources, keywords and publishers, apply conversion rules, and report revenue and margin. Routing supports priority, round-robin and weighted rules with geographic and business-hours filters. Per-number opt-in recording, automatic transcription and transcript analysis with deal-risk scoring extend the platform beyond basic call logs. Chirply works on the web and through an API, with integrations including Twilio, Mailgun and Stripe. Telephony numbers and usage are billed separately through the connected Twilio account, and the pricing page does not state included call minutes. Choose Chirply if your team wants CRM, attribution and phone workflows together; consider an alternative if you need bundled telephony usage.
