Chatlio adds a website chat widget that routes live visitor conversations into Slack channels. Support and sales teams can see context such as a visitor’s location, browser, operating system, current page and local time while responding. The product also includes pre-chat questions, visitor identification, saved replies, screenshot requests and file sharing. It suits organizations that want website chat without moving agents into a separate live-chat workspace, particularly teams already organized around Slack.
Pricing is structured across four monthly plans. Starter costs $29 per month for 2 operators, 1 widget and 200 conversations per month. Basic costs $49 per month and adds unlimited operators and 1,000 conversations per month. Pro costs $99 per month with unlimited operators, 2 widgets, 3,000 conversations per month and a white-label widget. Business costs $199 per month with 5 widgets, 5,000 conversations per month and a white-label widget. All plans include unlimited domains, CSS customization, triggers and auto-messages. A 30-day trial is available, while annual billing is advertised at lower monthly rates.
Chatlio’s main strength is its Slack-centered workflow, supported by integrations with Zapier and Segment plus webhooks and APIs. Website installation is supported through JavaScript, with guides for WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, React and Next.js. Chat history and a reporting dashboard add visibility beyond the live exchange. The trade-off is a narrower ecosystem than products built around multiple agent channels: Discord and Microsoft Teams support are described as in development. Choose Chatlio if Slack is the team’s operating hub and website chat is the priority. Consider an alternative if you need broader messaging coverage or a wider integration range today.
