chatform review
A flexible AI form builder, with integrations and support that may feel limited.

chatform is a web-based form builder for individuals and teams collecting leads, intake details, surveys, feedback and registrations. Forms can be created from a description or website, then published as conversational experiences that ask follow-up questions when an answer needs more detail. Its knowledge-base feature can answer respondents using material supplied by the creator. That makes it a fit for teams that want more than a static questionnaire, especially when forms need branching, scoring or multiple endings.
The free plan includes 27 question types, conditional logic, scoring, multiple endings, Google Sheets, webhooks and file uploads. It also includes 200 AI conversations per month. Responses are described as unlimited, subject to a 10,000-per-month fair-use ceiling. Pro costs $16 per month with annual billing or $24 monthly; it adds custom logo and fonts, badge removal, Stripe payments, partial responses, follow-up emails, advanced analytics and respondent sign-in. Business is $55 per month annually or $84 monthly, adding verified answers, one response per verified person, an activity log with CSV export, more AI conversations and optional additional team seats. Paid plans have a 50,000-response monthly fair-use ceiling.
Forms can be shared by link or embedded inline, as a popup or full page. Integrations include Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, webhooks, Claude, ChatGPT and Stripe; the REST API offers another connection path. The product is available on the web and through a browser extension, with documentation as its listed support channel. The published plans make it possible to start without a subscription, but branding controls, payments and response follow-up require Pro or Business. Choose chatform if AI follow-ups and conversational branching are central to the form experience; consider an alternative if broad integrations or more direct support are priorities.
