Charitiflow review
A charity-focused builder with strong fundraising tools but high ongoing and setup costs.

Charitiflow is a hosted website and fundraising platform for UK charities, nonprofits, mosques and community fundraising teams. Its modular page builder combines charity websites with native Stripe donation checkout, campaign management, emergency appeal pages and peer-to-peer fundraising. Teams can use custom domains, multi-user CMS access with role-based permissions, Gift Aid-ready exports and managed hosting, while the vendor manages deployments, SSL and infrastructure.
Pricing is structured around monthly plans plus setup fees. Starter costs £249 per month and includes a custom charity website, donation checkout, campaign management, Gift Aid-ready exports and single-currency support. Growth costs £449 per month and adds advanced fundraising pages, peer-to-peer fundraising, HubSpot CRM integration, multi-currency, multi-campaign support and advanced analytics. Enterprise costs £849 per month and adds multi-site support, custom integrations, SLA support, a dedicated success manager and bespoke design services. A separate Mosque programme costs £149 per month for qualifying UK mosques and includes Jummah-ready giving, mosque funds and managed hosting. Standard charity plans have a £1,500 one-time setup fee, while the Mosque programme has a £1,000 setup fee.
The strongest fit is for organisations that need fundraising built into their website rather than a general-purpose site builder with donations added later. Integrations include Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, HubSpot, Salesforce and Mailchimp, with multi-currency and multi-merchant support available in the platform’s feature set. Charities focused on campaigns, peer fundraising or emergency appeals should find the feature mix relevant. Smaller organisations with simple website needs, limited budgets or no requirement for specialist fundraising tools should consider a lower-cost alternative, especially given the monthly charges and setup fees.
