ChannelSale is web-based multichannel ecommerce software for online sellers managing catalogs across marketplaces, comparison-shopping engines, webstores, and other shopping channels. It brings product listings, inventory, orders, shipping updates, feeds, category mapping, product variations, bundles, and reporting into one system. Supported connections include Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Google Shopping, Facebook, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce. Its strongest fit is an established seller that needs structured catalog controls across multiple channels rather than a basic storefront tool.
Pricing is based on monthly sales revenue. Silver costs $249 per month for businesses with up to 25,000 in monthly sales revenue; Gold costs $449 per month for up to 50,000; Diamond costs $599 per month for up to 75,000; and Platinum costs $749 per month for up to 125,000. Each listed tier includes all supported shopping channels and has no product-count limit. Enterprise is customizable. ChannelSale also offers a free 30-day trial and has no free plan. The tier structure gives growing sellers clear revenue bands, but the paid entry point makes the product a more considered choice for smaller operations.
The standout capability is catalog and feed control. Sellers can create listings in bulk, map products to marketplace taxonomies, validate product feeds, and apply business rules to suppress or modify product data. Real-time inventory synchronization, centralized order consolidation, shipping-tracking updates, and support for multiple warehouses address the operational side of selling across channels. Profitability and sales reporting add a financial view beyond basic order processing. ChannelSale should suit merchants with complex catalogs, multiple marketplaces, and a need for rules-driven data management. Sellers with one channel, a small catalog, or limited monthly sales may prefer a lower-cost, narrower tool.
