ChannelGrabber review
A capable UK-focused multichannel suite, but its £114 starting price limits smaller sellers.

ChannelGrabber is multichannel ecommerce software for retailers selling through marketplaces, webstores and other sales channels. It brings orders, inventory, listings, shipping, invoices, messaging, reporting and warehouse workflows into one platform. Its integrations include Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, EKM, Magento and OnBuy, alongside Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, Evri and Palletways. It is best suited to UK sellers that need warehouse and courier processes alongside channel management.
Pricing is structured across three monthly plans. Startup costs £114 per month and includes multichannel stock control, multichannel order management, multicarrier shipping automation, a template design and editor, and third-party data exchange. The plan has a two-channel limit. Advanced costs £286 per month and adds basic analytics and reporting while retaining the core stock, order, shipping and data-exchange features. Premium costs £458 per month and includes unlimited orders, unlimited sales channels, unlimited user accounts, standard analytics and reporting, plus developer API access and assistance. There is no free plan, so the entry price matters for smaller retailers.
The platform’s strongest fit is operational: warehouse scanning, picking and packing, bulk order actions, batch processing, courier label creation, dispatch tracking and custom document generation address the workflow between checkout and fulfilment. Marketplace messaging is also collected in a single mailbox, while the open API can connect marketplaces, warehouses and ERPs. ChannelGrabber should suit retailers managing several destinations and physical fulfilment activity. Sellers needing only a lightweight listing tool, or those unwilling to pay for a monthly multichannel system, should consider a narrower alternative.
