ChannelCrawler is a YouTube-focused discovery and intelligence platform for brands, agencies, influencer teams and researchers. Its search covers more than 35 million channels with over 40 filters, including niche, location, subscribers, engagement and growth. Teams can save searches and channel lists, discover creator contact emails, enrich records with social handles, export CSV files, compare share of voice, find similar channels and review brand activity. A REST API extends access to channel, email and video data for applications and workflows.
The published plans show a free plan and a seven-day free trial without a card requirement. Starter costs $99 per month when billed monthly, or $59 per month with annual billing, and includes channel search, email discovery, saved searches and channels, and one user. Power costs $195 monthly or $117 per month with annual billing, adding brand-activity intelligence, share-of-voice comparisons and channel lookalikes. Enterprise is $6,000 per year and adds a shared workspace, unlimited saved searches and channels, and dedicated support. API access uses pay-per-result pricing for channel, email and video data.
For platform fit, ChannelCrawler runs in the cloud through the web and API, with chat, email and documentation support. GDPR compliance is listed, and the product supports small, mid-market and enterprise teams. Its focus is discovery and creator intelligence rather than campaign execution: campaign analytics and video promotion are not included. The one-user limit on Starter and Power may also constrain collaborative teams, while Enterprise is the clearest fit for shared workflows and dedicated assistance. Choose ChannelCrawler when breadth of YouTube research, contact discovery and comparable-channel analysis matter most; choose another platform when you need built-in campaign measurement or video-promotion management.
