CentreBloom is childcare management software for Canadian childcare centres, preschools and early learning programs. It brings enrolment and waitlist management, attendance, billing, online payments, payroll, staff scheduling, family communication, learning documentation and compliance records into one platform. Independent centres, growing organizations and multi-location operators can use role-based access for owners, directors, educators and families. Canadian payroll calculations and family accounts make it particularly relevant to centres that need payroll and parent-facing administration in the same system.

Pricing is organized by centre and student capacity. The Up to 15 students plan costs $69 CAD per centre per month or $621 CAD per centre per year, with the full platform included. Up to 30 students costs $119 CAD monthly or $1,071 CAD annually; Up to 60 students costs $189 CAD monthly or $1,701 CAD annually; and Up to 100 students costs $259 CAD monthly or $2,331 CAD annually. Every listed plan includes the full platform rather than separating core features into paid tiers. There is no free plan, so the product is aimed at centres ready for a paid management system.

The main strength is breadth: CentreBloom combines digital check-in and check-out, kiosk access with code or QR, recurring invoices, online payments, Canadian payroll, staff availability, family updates, developmental records, consent and document records, reporting, and role-based access. It is hosted in Canada and supports multi-location operations. The trade-off is platform scope: it is web-only, so centres seeking a broader platform mix may prefer another option. CentreBloom fits Canadian operators that want one system for administration, payroll and family communication; it is less suitable for organizations that require a free plan or broader platform availability.
