Celerp review
Affordable inventory ERP with accounting and order workflows, but limited channel breadth.

Celerp is a local-first ERP for ecommerce sellers, retailers, wholesalers, and product-focused businesses. It brings inventory, order handling, purchasing, accounting, CRM, manufacturing, and barcode workflows into a desktop application, with web, Windows, macOS, Linux, API, and self-hosted options. Small businesses that need inventory operations alongside financial and supplier workflows are the clearest fit, especially when multi-location stock, warehouse transfers, or product traceability matter.
The free plan covers inventory management, invoices, purchase orders, quotes, credit notes, CRM, double-entry accounting, multi-company support, and unlimited users. Connect costs $29 per month or $290 per year and adds unlimited multi-user connections, WooCommerce sync, QuickBooks and Xero sync, remote access, encrypted backup, and 100 lifetime AI queries. Connect + AI costs $49 per month or $490 per year, adding 200 AI queries per month, automatic purchase-order drafts, invoice reconciliation, natural-language reports, and scheduled automations. A 14-day free trial is also available. Paid Connect plans provide hosted relay services and concurrent team access without per-seat pricing.
Celerp’s operational breadth is its main strength: barcode, RFID, and NFC scanning sit alongside batch, lot, and expiry-date tracking, purchasing, supplier management, CSV imports, bulk data entry, and a REST API. Its ecommerce reach is narrower. WooCommerce is available, Shopify is described as coming soon, and the channel limit is one, while marketplace connector availability is zero. That makes Celerp a practical choice for businesses prioritizing inventory control and back-office workflows over broad marketplace coverage. Businesses needing several active sales channels or marketplace connections should choose a product with wider connector support.
