Cegid Vendus is a cloud-based invoicing and point-of-sale platform for Portuguese retailers, restaurants, cafés, salons and other small businesses. It combines certified invoicing, SAF-T export, product and stock management, customer accounts, reporting, and online back-office administration. POS access is available from computers, tablets and smartphones, while online-store integrations extend the system to businesses selling through external commerce channels.

Pricing is split across Base, Flex and Pro. Base starts at €6.25 per month when billed annually and includes invoicing and management, two users, unlimited documents and automatic SAF-T export; other Base options are €8.33 per month annually or €9 per month monthly. Flex starts at €10.83 per month annually and adds retail POS for web, Android and iOS, five users, API access and integrations; other options are €16.33 annually or €17 monthly. Pro starts at €15.83 per month annually and is designed for restaurants, with unlimited users, terminals and kitchen screens, plus stock, batch and purchasing management. A further Pro option is €21.67 per month annually. Prices exclude VAT, and the product includes a free plan and a 30-day free trial.

Its platform fit is a clear strength for businesses that already use Shopify, WooCommerce, Jumpseller, Shopkit or other listed integrations. Reports, performance dashboards, stock controls and payment connections support a multichannel operating model, while Vendus Go provides a free online-store channel for local businesses. The trade-off is scope: Vendus is primarily back-office, invoicing and POS software rather than a standalone, full-featured ecommerce builder. It suits small businesses prioritising low operating cost and physical sales workflows; businesses seeking a dedicated ecommerce platform should look elsewhere. The legal terms state that the Cegid Vendus portal is scheduled to be replaced by 31 December 2026.
