Catch Me review
Turns snoozing into a moving-target challenge, with streaks and unlockable rewards.

Catch Me makes the snooze button the central wake-up challenge: when an alarm rings, the button moves around the screen and must be caught to dismiss or snooze it. The app is aimed at people who repeatedly snooze or sleep through alarms and prefer an interactive prompt to a conventional tap. Streak tracking, levels, ranks, titles, and unlockable mascots add a progression layer for solo users who find game-like goals motivating. It is an Android mobile app, not a sleep-tracking tool.
Its defining feature is the chase, with progressive difficulty across five levels. Mercy Mode slows the mascot if the chase takes too long, adding a less demanding option within that mechanic. Users can also choose to record and share wake-up videos. Alarm notifications can bypass Do Not Disturb when the required permission is granted, which may matter for people who silence other alerts overnight. These features make Catch Me a focused choice for changing how an alarm is dismissed rather than monitoring sleep or extending an alarm setup across wearable devices.
The Free plan includes full alarm functionality, two video recordings per day, the default mascot, wake streaks and levels, and video sharing. According to the vendor's pricing page, Pro costs R29 per month and adds unlimited recordings, all mascots unlockable, custom voice messages, and priority support. That paid tier mainly expands personalization and recording, so the free option covers the core challenge. Catch Me suits Android users who want a playful reason to get up and are comfortable with a moving-target interaction. Those seeking sleep tracking or wearable support should look elsewhere; Catch Me does not list either as a capability.
