Cascade is a web-based strategy execution platform for organizations, strategy owners, executives, and teams. It brings strategic plans, objectives, initiatives, metrics, relationships, dashboards, and reports into one workspace. Teams can use customizable strategy models and frameworks, including OKRs and Balanced Scorecard, then connect objectives to projects, actions, KPIs, and performance monitoring. Its alignment maps, nested objectives, and dependency tracking are suited to organizations that need a shared view of strategy and execution rather than a standalone goal-setting tool.
The published plans show a freemium structure with a 14-day free trial. Plan digitization includes up to two users and basic access control. Essentials adds standard frameworks and OKRs, up to 50 advanced metrics, and up to 15 advanced reports. Enterprise adds a custom strategy model, unlimited advanced metrics and reports, Tapestry AI, and enterprise security. Essentials and Enterprise require contacting sales, so Cascade is easier to evaluate at the entry level than to budget across larger deployments. The two-user limit makes the free tier most suitable for an individual strategy owner or a small planning group.
Integration breadth is a central part of Cascade's fit. It connects with data platforms such as Tableau, Snowflake, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel; project tools including Asana, Jira, Monday, and Smartsheet; communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Outlook; and workflow systems including Zapier and Microsoft Power Automate. AI-assisted plan digitization, alignment scoring, and strategy insights add another layer for teams adopting structured planning. Choose Cascade when strategy needs to connect across plans, operational data, initiatives, and business systems. Smaller teams wanting simple goal tracking, or buyers who need straightforward public pricing for paid tiers, should consider a narrower alternative.
