Capacity is a CX automation platform for contact centers and customer support teams. Its AI agents handle voice, chat, SMS and email through a shared knowledge layer, with workflow actions for ticket creation, CRM updates and backend processes. Human escalation carries conversation context and collected data into the handoff. The platform is aimed primarily at mid-market and enterprise support operations that need multiple channels, automation and contact-center integrations in one system.
Pricing is organized into Core, Pro and Enterprise, with a 30-day trial available. Core includes the knowledge base, helpdesk and automations, AI Agent Builder, data indexing, 250+ out-of-the-box integrations, analytics and up to 100GB of storage. Pro adds live chat and inbox, real-time Agent Assist, conversation intelligence, automated quality assurance, the Developer Platform and up to 1TB of storage. Enterprise adds Campaigns and CRM, advanced workflows, an available HIPAA package and up to 2TB of storage. The commercial model uses an annual platform fee plus usage-based AI Agent charges, with custom packages for prospective customers.
Capacity’s breadth is its central strength. Integrations include Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Box, Jira, HubSpot, NICE, RingCentral, AWS Connect, Workday and Zoom. Its API Builder supports custom API-based applications, while neural voice support covers 100+ voices across 30 languages. These capabilities fit organizations coordinating customer data, support workflows and live-agent operations across several systems. Smaller teams seeking a simple support chatbot, transparent self-serve pricing or a free plan should look elsewhere; Capacity is better suited to buyers with broader operational requirements and a budget for custom deployment.
