Canary Mail is a desktop and mobile email client for individuals, professionals, and small teams managing multiple accounts. It connects with Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Exchange, and IMAP, bringing messages into a unified inbox across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android. Core tools include email templates, snoozing, pinning, inbox organization, read receipts, offline reading, and draft composition. The free plan supports unlimited mail accounts and includes Unified Inbox, Read Receipts (Lite), Snooze & Pin, Email Templates, and Inbox Zero.

Pricing follows a freemium model with a 7-day free trial. The Free plan costs $0 per user and covers the core inbox and organization features. Growth costs $3 per user per month with annual billing and adds AI Copilot, full read receipts, Send Later, Calendar & Scheduling, Inbox Cleaner, and app integrations. Pro+ costs $10 per user per month with annual billing and adds PGP Encryption, SecureSend Encryption, phishing and ransomware protection, impersonation detection, misdirection prevention, and Priority Support. The pricing page displays annual plans as monthly-equivalent amounts, and monthly subscriptions are not offered.

Canary Mail suits people who want one client for several established email accounts, with AI assistance and scheduling available without moving to a new mail provider. Its platform coverage is broad, but calendar functionality is not uniform: full support is available on macOS and iOS/iPadOS, Gmail-only support is available on Windows, and Android does not currently support the calendar. Asana and Todoist integrations are listed alongside Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Exchange, and IMAP support. Choose Canary Mail for unified inbox management, offline access, and optional security layers; choose another client if consistent calendar support across every platform or advanced security on the free plan is essential.
