Campflow is a web-based camp management platform for camps, day camps, bungalow colonies, and youth programs. It brings together online registration, family and camper records, billing, payment processing, staff and bunk organization, custom forms, reporting, and targeted communications. Families can use custom registration links to submit information, view balances, and make payments. The feature set suits smaller operations that need straightforward administration, while the Standard plan is positioned for camps with larger user and camper requirements.

Pricing is structured around a Lite plan and Standard options. Lite costs $599 per year and includes core camp management, online registration, custom fields and forms, recurring Autopay, and one user account. Standard costs $1,999 per year or $199 per month. The Standard options include all features, advanced reporting, custom fields and forms, recurring Autopay, and either unlimited users and campers on the annual plan or unlimited users on the monthly plan. A seven-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan. This gives smaller camps a lower-entry annual option, while larger teams can choose expanded access and reporting.

Campflow’s breadth is centered on administration rather than a narrow registration-only workflow. Records can include documents and custom fields; billing supports payment processing and payment plans; assignments cover bunks, grades, counselors, and staff; and communications include email, SMS, and voice broadcasts. Financial, enrollment, and camper reports can be exported, while role-based permissions and audit logging support internal oversight. The platform is web-based, and services are available exclusively to US and Canadian organizations. Camps seeking a focused system for registration, finances, staffing, forms, and communications should consider Campflow; organizations outside those regions or those requiring a non-web platform should look elsewhere.
