CalMov is online booking and scheduling software for solo mobile service operators, including mobile dog groomers. Its main distinction is coordinating appointments around customer addresses, service duration, service areas, and travel between bookings. Groomers can publish defined services for customer self-booking and reuse configurable pet details such as breed, size, temperament, allergies, and handling notes. It is designed for mobile operators who need travel-aware availability rather than a full salon, medical-record, or multi-van dispatch system.
The plan structure starts with the free Lite plan, which includes an online booking page, working-hours and time-off controls, and business-defined travel gaps. Plus costs $59 per month when billed monthly and adds unlimited services, ZIP-code-based driving estimates, automatic travel pricing, and online payments where enabled. Pro costs $89 per month monthly and includes everything in Plus, along with road and expected-traffic checks, a journey recheck before booking, and priority support. CalMov connects to Stripe for payments and Google Calendar for calendar coordination, and it runs on the web.
