BusyTeacher is a web-based English-teaching resource library for ESL, EFL, TESL, and TEFL educators. It serves school teachers, online tutors, one-to-one teachers, new teachers, and educators working with young learners, teenagers, or adults. The free section includes printable worksheets, lesson plans, flashcards, classroom activities, and puzzle creators, with resources organized by proficiency level and no registration required. Coverage spans writing, reading, listening, speaking, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, business English, and classroom management.
The pricing model combines free resources with one-time digital purchases. Individual e-books cost $10 and provide a downloadable PDF title. The Entire BusyTeacher Library costs $80 and includes 80 PDF e-books, a single-document PDF, and a digital download. That paid collection extends across grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, pronunciation, reading, writing, classroom management, business English, and lesson planning. For teachers who prefer ready-to-download reference material, the library creates a clear path from free classroom printables to a broader paid collection.
BusyTeacher’s strongest fit is for educators who need practical ESL materials across different proficiency levels and learner ages, especially when worksheets and lesson plans are the priority. Its creators for word searches, word scrambles, and double puzzles add activity-building options alongside the downloadable resources. The trade-off is focus: this is an English-language teaching library rather than a general teacher-resource platform. Educators seeking materials beyond ESL, or a broader platform ecosystem than the web and PDF downloads provide, should consider a different type of resource library.
