Affordable camp administration with registration, payments, records, and daily operations.

Bunkhouse is camp management software for day camps, overnight camps, summer programs, and year-round operations. It brings online registration, waitlists, payments, camper and family records, health forms, bunk assignments, check-in and check-out, communications, reporting, camp-store credit, and retreat rentals into one system. Directors, registrars, nurses, and general camp staff can work with role-based access, while guardians use a portal to register campers, complete forms, make payments, and receive announcements.
Pricing is straightforward across two monthly plans. Starter costs $99 per month and includes online registration and waitlists, payments with deposits and payment plans, camper and family records, bunks, rosters, check-in, camp-store credit, and email and guardian-portal announcements. Pro costs $249 per month and adds health forms, medication logs, incident logs, UltraCamp and CampMinder importing, retreats and facility rentals, and unlimited sessions. Both plans are paid, and a 14-day free trial is available. The practical choice is Starter for core administration, while Pro fits camps that need health workflows, data importing, or broader session and rental management.
Bunkhouse has useful operational breadth for camps that want registration, financial administration, family communication, attendance, and records connected in one web-based product. Stripe supports payment processing, while UltraCamp and CampMinder support importing existing information. Reports cover enrollment, revenue, balances, and form completion, with CSV export for further work. Its focus is administration rather than a verified activity-scheduling workflow, and access is limited to the web. Choose Bunkhouse if affordable core camp operations are the priority; camps that require activity scheduling or a non-web platform should consider an alternative.
