A web-based brand portal for teams organizing guidelines, assets and stakeholder access.

Brink is a web-based brand management product for teams, agencies and growing brands that need an online home for brand guidelines and assets. Its portals can bring logo sizing and spacing rules, typography guidance, linked brand colors, and an organized asset library together for stakeholders. AI-assisted creation helps shape multi-page guidelines, while customizable editing lets teams adjust layouts, colors and typography. It is aimed at teams formalizing standards and sharing them, rather than at organizations seeking deep digital asset governance.
The two pricing tracks separate workspace administration from brand portal capabilities. Free (Workspace) allows creation of a first Brandportal; Single (Workspace) is €18 per month with annual billing and adds multiple portals. Team (Workspace), at €68 per month annually, adds a shared workspace, collaboration and team access management; Enterprise (Workspace), €138 per month annually, includes access management, onboarding support and team coaching. On the brand side, Free includes guidelines, an asset library and temporary share links. Basic is €24 per month annually for a lightweight portal, permanent links and external collaboration; Core is €34 with guidelines, the library and external collaboration; Ultimate is €64 with a white-label portal, unlimited links and collaboration. A 30-day trial is available.
Access can be public, private or link-based, and asset uploads, tagging and library management support day-to-day organization. Teams that need several portals or shared administration should look at the workspace tiers; those primarily publishing standards can begin with a free brand plan and add sharing capabilities through paid tiers. Brink is a practical fit for small teams creating guided standards and coordinating external access. Organizations whose central need is extensive asset governance or brand monitoring should consider alternatives: portal, guideline and sharing functions are the emphasis here, rather than monitoring.
