Brandware Mediabank is a web-based digital asset management component within Brandware’s brand portal. It is designed for companies, brands, agencies and semi-government organisations managing logos, photos, videos, audio, documents, templates, packshots, 3D renders and design files. Brand teams can store, index, preview, search, share and govern access to assets through web and API interfaces, with collections for personal or public asset packs.
Adobe workflow support is a central strength. Mediabank integrates with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects, while API access supports connections to CMS platforms, websites and webshops. Active Directory integration is also listed. Metadata support covers XMP, IPTC and EXIF, and teams can add custom categories, media types, filters and attributes. Online previews, downloads, secured links and ZIP sharing support distribution, while role- and market-based access controls help separate access across teams and markets. Approval workflows add annotations and comments for review cycles.
According to the vendor’s pricing page, the entry License plan costs €115 per month and includes a minimum of one brand, 10 users, 10GB of storage and one API key. A 30-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. The published plans also show License options with a 1% discount and a 3% discount; the pricing notes indicate quarterly and yearly discounts, while configurations above the stated thresholds require a tailored offer. Mediabank fits teams that need structured brand governance and Adobe connectivity. Organisations seeking a lower-cost starting point, or workflows centered on verified version history, should compare alternatives.
