Braina combines speech-to-text dictation, voice commands, computer automation, text-to-speech, and AI features in software centered on Windows. It is designed for individual users, professionals, students, small businesses, and organizations that want to control a computer by voice while dictating into websites and desktop applications. Android and iOS companion apps can work as wireless microphones or remote controls for a Windows PC, extending the product beyond the desktop without replacing its Windows focus.

The plan structure covers different levels of access. Braina Lite includes voice commands in 90 languages, support for one Windows PC device, and offline audio transcription. Braina Pro costs $99 per year and adds dictation in 90 languages, online and offline dictation, custom words and vocabulary, dictation templates, and voice-recognition aliases. Pro Plus costs $199 per two years, includes all Pro features, supports up to two Windows PCs, and adds 20,000 free Advanced AI Credits. Pro Ultra costs $299 per three years, supports up to three Windows PCs, includes 50,000 free Advanced AI Credits, and adds onboarding and training.

Braina stands out most when offline control, customization, and voice-operated computer actions matter together. Its commands cover editing actions such as delete, copy, paste, undo, and redo, while custom voice commands, replies, and hotkeys allow more tailored workflows. The product also supports offline transcription and text-to-speech reading, giving it broader utility than a dictation-only tool. Choose Braina if you work on Windows and want voice control with offline capabilities. Look elsewhere if macOS support or a shorter commitment than the paid plans is central to your decision.
