BookitWise review
Room and resource reservations with Outlook integration and tablet-based room-side booking.

BookitWise is a web-based system for scheduling meeting and conference rooms, plus related resources such as catering and video-conferencing equipment. It is aimed at organizations coordinating internal and external meetings that need users to check availability and reserve rooms and resources together. Mobile booking is available through its web-based interface, and tablets can support room-side booking and meeting extensions. The listed plans serve organizations managing from a few rooms to a maximum of 100 rooms, but each plan covers one building.
Microsoft ecosystem fit is a notable part of the product. BookitWise integrates with Outlook, Exchange Server and Active Directory, and it also supports guest and visitor management integration with VisitLog. BookitWise Direct and Overview provide room-side booking and displays of availability and upcoming meetings. Together, these features suit teams that want room scheduling connected to Microsoft tools and visible outside meeting rooms, as well as booking for ancillary resources. Organizations looking for a broader venue or multi-building booking setup may find the single-building plan structure restrictive.
According to the vendor's pricing page, all four plans are billed annually: Small costs $120 for 1–3 rooms; Medium costs $300 for up to 10 rooms; Large costs $600 for up to 25 rooms; and Enterprise costs $1,800 for up to 100 rooms. Every plan includes one building and free support; Outlook integration appears on Medium, Large and Enterprise, while mobile booking is listed across all tiers. A 30-day trial is available, and no perpetual free plan is offered. BookitWise is a reasonable fit when room booking, Microsoft integration and on-site displays matter more than managing multiple buildings; organizations needing multi-building coverage should look elsewhere.
