Bookerva is a cloud-based appointment scheduling platform for veterinary clinics and other service businesses. It gives practices a public online booking page, client profiles with appointment history and private notes, staff availability management, payment collection, reminders, and intake forms with file uploads. Clients can book without creating an account. Veterinary teams that need straightforward multi-staff booking, recurring appointments, or virtual appointments can use Google Meet or Zoom links within the scheduling workflow.

The plan structure starts with Starter, a free-forever tier that includes an online booking page, email reminders, and a customer database. Professional costs $45 per user per month, billed monthly, and adds unlimited bookings, multiple staff, up to three locations, online card payments, intake forms, and SMS reminders. Enterprise costs $750 per month, billed monthly, and expands the setup with unlimited staff, unlimited locations, a custom domain, API and webhook access, custom integrations, and phone support. A 14-day free trial is also available. The paid tiers make the most sense for practices that need broader staffing, location, payment, or integration capabilities.

Calendar and communication support are practical strengths. Bookerva synchronizes with Google Calendar and integrates with Google Meet, Zoom, and Inkress. Its feature set also covers deposits, partial payments, full payments at booking, recurring appointments, provider calendars, and client records. The tradeoff is platform scope: Bookerva is available on the web, with no mobile apps, and its Professional pricing rises with each user. Choose it if browser-based scheduling and multi-staff coordination fit your clinic; consider another option if mobile apps or lower per-user paid pricing are priorities.
