BloomKidz brings nursery administration into one cloud-based platform for UK nurseries and early-years teams. Its scope runs from admissions enquiries, tours and enrolment through attendance, billing, family communication, EYFS records, staffing and compliance. That breadth suits centers looking to connect office workflows with day-to-day care records, while parents can receive updates, photos, progress reports and invoices through the platform. Web, iOS and Android access support staff and families across devices.

Pricing is monthly and based on child capacity. The 1–30 children plan costs £24.99 per month; 31–50 costs £34.99; 51–75 costs £44.99; 76–100 costs £54.99; 101–150 costs £69.99; and 151–200 costs £84.99. Each listed tier includes all features, unlimited staff users and parent app access; UK-based support is also highlighted for the smallest tier. For 200+ children, pricing is custom. Group nurseries and multi-site providers can receive volume pricing, centralised billing and a dedicated account manager. The pricing notes say every plan is free through 31 December 2026, and a 30-day trial is available without a credit card.

The strongest fit is a center that wants administration and operations tied together: real-time registers, room occupancy and ratio alerts sit alongside funded-hours calculations, payment reminders, rotas, training records, recruitment checks and audit trails. That breadth may be more than a small setting needs if it only wants attendance or family messaging, and the custom pricing route means larger organizations will need a separate quote. BloomKidz is positioned for small through enterprise organizations, but its 2025 founding year means it has limited supplied maturity evidence. Centers that prioritize an established vendor track record over a wide workflow set may prefer to compare alternatives.
