Bizdia is an ecommerce platform for direct-to-consumer, wholesale, multi-brand and catalog-heavy businesses. It combines storefronts, carts, checkout, multi-variant product catalogs, brandable themes and custom-domain storefronts. Merchants can choose managed hosting or run the open-source commerce core on customer-owned PostgreSQL infrastructure. The platform is particularly suited to businesses that need multiple brands, tenant provisioning, domain routing, firewalled administration or model-specific SEO pages through its fitment catalog engine.

Pricing is structured around a free plan, three annual paid tiers and a self-hosted option. The Free plan provides a store on a bizdia.com subdomain, one brandable theme, a firewalled admin dashboard and 0% transaction fees. Starter costs $29 per month when billed annually and adds one store on an own domain, three brandable themes and ShipStation order push. Growth costs $89 per month annually and adds multiple domains and sub-brands, multi-store administration, advanced SEO with sitemaps and JSON-LD, and priority email support. Scale costs $249 per month annually and includes a staging channel, priority SLA, guided onboarding and early access to roadmap integrations. Bizdia states that merchants connect their own payment processor and that platform transaction fees are 0%.

The strongest fit is for operators who value data ownership, open-source control and a focused fulfillment path. ShipStation connections support Amazon FBA, Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment and third-party logistics providers, while GraphQL shop and admin APIs support custom implementations. The tradeoff is a narrower ecosystem: there is no app marketplace, and the listed integrations concentrate on fulfillment rather than a broad extension catalog. Access is currently gated during the founding beta, and paid metered billing is not yet live. Choose Bizdia for multi-brand storefront control and self-hosting; consider a broader platform if marketplace depth and extensive integrations are central requirements.
