BIMcollab is a cloud-based BIM coordination and project collaboration platform for architects, engineers, contractors and other construction professionals. It brings together IFC model viewing, federated model setup, BCF-based issue management, document collaboration and model-quality workflows. Teams can work across web, Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, while BIMcollab Zoom provides separate desktop model viewing and validation.

The published plans show free access, a Basic tier at €19 per user per month billed monthly, and an Advanced tier at €29 per user per month billed monthly. Basic includes unlimited projects, 10 GB of storage per space, IFC model WebViewer, BCF-based issue management, API access, and email and chat support. Advanced adds unlimited storage, automated workflows, integrations and a Power BI connector. Enterprise includes unlimited projects and storage, organizational governance, custom roles and permissions, document revisions, and email and chat support, with pricing handled through a contact-sales action.

Its strongest fit is for multi-discipline teams that need structured coordination around open BIM models rather than a primary authoring environment. The platform supports clash detection and clash-rule sharing, IDS property validation, Smart Views, Smart Properties and Lists, quantity and data extraction, document version history, and approval workflows. Integrations include Revit, Archicad, Navisworks, Solibri, Civil 3D, Trimble Connect, Autodesk Forma, Power BI, Dropbox and OneDrive, alongside a REST API and SDK. Choose BIMcollab when issue coordination, model checking and connected project information are the priority; choose a primary BIM authoring product when creating and editing design models is the central requirement.
